Return & Refund Policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with European Union consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, this right only applies if the product remains in its original, unopened condition with the vacuum seal intact.
Returns & Shipping Costs: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@blackbullbiltong.com. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for "change of mind" returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Quality Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the vacuum seal is broken, the package is damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@blackbullbiltong.com. In cases of verified product defects or shipping errors, Black Bull Biltong will cover the costs of resolution (replacement or refund), and you will not be charged for return shipping.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: As a food business, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened Products: Once the vacuum seal is broken, the item is no longer returnable for health and hygiene reasons.

Perishable Goods: Freshness is guaranteed at the time of delivery; we cannot accept returns based on personal taste preferences.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or "final sale" event cannot be returned.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
